The founders of ADJUGO believe that the need for profitability and agility drives IT departments to manage their IT operations more effectively and more efficiently. The key success to achieving this objective is the rationalization and standardization of processes.
This vision led to the creation of ADJUGO.
The mission of ADJUGO is to support our clients to help them improving their IT Governance, IT Processes, IT Projects and agility to their customers by providing senior level consultancy, assessment and risk management services, training and coaching. We want to share our extensive expertise in management, which contributes to the success of our customer’s processes and projects.
We help our customers to increase their performance, to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of processes and to put problematic projects back on track again. In summary, ADJUGO helps companies and organizations achieving a higher level of IT Governance.
ADJUGO is nature friendly and highly concerned by the environmental issues of IT. In 2008, ADJUGO has developed the Green IT Governance Methodology, a framework aimed at helping company in better managing and controlling their Green IT initiatives.
