Green IT Governance
Adjugo is specialised in providing IT Governance services. Hence, the way we approach Green-IT is also from a governance angle. The framework that we have developed is fully in alignment with our other services and as such, a core part of Adjugo's core service offering. The standard approach (Fig. 1) to introducing Green-IT is to go through the following phases:

Fig. 1: Green-IT Standard Approach
1. Perform Green-IT Quick scan (Fig. 2): Performing a Green-IT Quick scan provides insight in the major areas of improvement in terms of Green-IT governance.
2. Detailed Green-IT audit: The Green-IT Quick scan can be followed by a more detailed audit. This allows for focussing in more detail on the areas of improvement that were detected during the Quick scan.
3. Definition of Green-IT Roadmap: In this roadmap, the recommendations of the Green-IT Quick scan are converted to action points which are prioritized, correlated and mapped out in a calendar.

5. Setup of awareness and/or training program: In order to successfully achieve the objectives, defined in the Green-IT Roadmap, different awareness and training sessions are organized.
6. Implementation of Green-IT Roadmap The activities listed in the Green-IT Roadmap are being executed, taking into account the relative priority, contribution to the ul-timate objectives, the costs and the human and technological impact.
7. Periodic (re-) assessment: Periodic (re-)assessments are performed to monitor progress of the Green-IT Roadmap implementation as well as the result there of; the latter by means of measuring the improvement of the kpi’s.
