Your Mission

Job description

You will be active as an external consultant, helping out our clients in a wide variety of ITIL-related engagements. While doing this, you will be supported by our Senior ITIL consultants, who will coach you and share their extensive practical experience with you. This coaching is complemented by a customized training program to get the best out of you.

The combination of acquiring theoretical knowledge & practical expertise from your colleagues, and being able to immediately put this into practice, will provide you with a unique learning experience.

Ideally, the candidate should have 2 to 3 years of practical experience in ITIL or related frameworks like CobiT. Preferably, this experience has been obtained as an external consultant, trainer or auditor.

Your Profile

About you

You are...

• A junior profile in the area of IT Service management, which you can demonstrate based on successfully accomplished missions in this domain
• A junior profile in the area of IT Service management on the one hand but you also have (at least) notions of related Adjugo domains like IT Service management, Project management etc. (strong asset)
• Fluent in English, French and/or Dutch

You have...

• A University degree (or equivalent) and have at least 2 to 3 years of ITIL-related experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• An entrepreneurial spirit and are able to work in a fast growing environment
• Been actively working in domains like consultancy, audit and management (strong asset)
• A certification in ITIL (strong asset)
• A certification in PrinceII (strong asset)
• Knowledge about related frameworks like CobiT (strong asset)
