Your Mission

ADJUGO is looking for a Service Manager Online applications. The service manager will be responsible for managing a range of services related to online applications for one of our key clients working in the governmental sector. The job comprises the typical service management activities like managing changes and releases, service level management and eventually ensuring client satisfaction. The job involves many ‘client facing’ activities, so excellent communication skills are crucial. The ideal candidate possesses good knowledge of and/or has practical experience in the world of online applications (web content management, , Tridion, Drupal, etc.). He/she will report directly to the Lead Service Manager of the program responsible for the online applications.



Your Profile

 You are...

  • A ‘medior’ service manager with approximately 5 to 10 years of practical experience in IT Service management / IT Service delivery
  • Customer-centric: you make their problems yours and solve them
  • Diplomatic and you have excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Pragmatic and dynamic
  • Available: ASAP

You have...

  • Experienced in the successful application of ITIL in a business domain
  • Experienced in service management reporting (review or collect data on SLAs and other service elements)
  • Excellent customer facing skills
  • A good knowledge and/or practical experience in the world of online applications (web content management, Tridion, Drupal, etc.)
  • The ability to explain the business use of IT related services to various non-technical audiences
  • Language skills: fluent in Dutch or French + ability to communicate in the other language (French or Dutch) or English
