Context
The founders of ADJUGO believe that the need for profitability and agility drives IT organizations and IT departments to managing their IT operations more effectively and more efficiently. The key success factor in achieving this objective is the rationalization and standardization of processes.
We at ADJUGO want to share our extensive experience and expertise in IT management to support our customers in improving IT Governance (including Green-IT), IT Processes and IT Projects. We do this by providing senior level consultancy, assessment and risk management services, complemented by awareness, training and coaching.
Your Mission
The founders desire to expand and reinforce the Management of the Company and are therefore looking for an experienced person in Process Improvement (CMMI) able to share strategic managerial decisions and to manage and develop the Process Improvement Department and Team.
Your job will cover:
• Development and Management of the Process Improvement Department,
• Participation to the strategy of ADJUGO,
• Coordination with our sales and recruitment team,
• Performing consultancy projects for strategic customers,
• Participation to Events
.
Your Profile
• You have a University degree and have at least 5 years of broad experience in Process Improvement and CMMi environment,
• You have extensive experience in consultancy, coaching and management,.
• You are fluent in English,
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are able to work in a fast growing environment,
• A knowledge of other frameworks and methodologies is an asset.
