Methodology : Prince2
Description
PRINCE2 is the abbreviation of ‘Projects in controlled environments’. The methodology has been developed for the UK public sector, but has gained widespread acceptance both in the private sector and outside the UK.
The approach is business case driven, somewhat more prescriptive than PMBoK and determines clearly the ownership and direction by senior management. PRINCE2 also needs to be tailored to your organization
