Methodology : SCRUM

SCRUM is an ‘Agile’ project methodology. Scrum has a strong focus on team empowerment. In contrast to other methodologies, Scrum does not require that the entire scope and all tasks are known up front; instead requirements are gathered continuously and prioritized during the project.

Scrum offers important advantages when you have to perform projects with uncertain requirements really fast, but Agile and Scrum can also be used in projects that offer a more stable environment.

Moreover, Scrum can with relative ease be incorporated in the more traditional project methodologies, although you need to take great care in order to keep the ‘agile philosophy’ intact.
