Green IT Maturity

This module is inspired of the Business It alignment diagnostic module of Octant. The Green-IT maturity module helps organization in better managing their Green-IT strategy and project portfolio. Using the Green-IT maturity module brings multiple benefits like immediate ROI and quick wins, improved corporate image, regulation and standards anticipation and is fully in line with the organization’s CSR mission.

The Octant Green-It maturity supports the Green-IT Strategy Governance and Maturity framework. The SGM framework is multidimensional; it comprises 4 phases, addresses 5 IT Governance domains, covers the 5 optimization stages. In order to implement a comprehensive approach, actions are taken on 3 levels: process, performance and people.

This module allows us to provide consultancy and assessment services to companies that are considering greening their IT environment and ICT as an enabler for a low carbon economy.
