Our practice

Although several project methodologies are becoming well established, areas of friction and problems still occur. Sub-processes such as quality and risk management are poorly understood, the different participants have trouble playing their role correctly and the organization structure may need to be aligned to the needs of both projects and the line organization. Other companies like the well-defined processes of PMBoK or Prince2, but also want the flexibility offered by Agile methodologies such as Scrum.
