Our practice
Change management starts at the beginning of the project. We offer people a vision of the change and the impact it will have on them. We help them build a clear understanding of the change by providing an outline of the steps needed to adopt the change. For each step, we detail an adequate plan: for sponsorship, for communication, for coaching, for training, for managing resistance.After this preparation, we implement each of the plans. People involved increase their understanding of the necessity of the change and become convinced that they have the skills to work in the new way. Their fear of and their resistance to the change disappear.
