Grow Change agents
Change agents assist your teams through their change journey. They chart the path with the team and guide them through the challenges ahead.
Change agents are most successful if they are members of the team. We propose to train selected employees to become internal change agents. They help teams accept change and grow your organization's capacity for gradual change.
The Growing Change coach
We support the Change Agents with one or more Growing Change coaches. They help the Change Agents grow in their role and provide additional training, coaching, and advice. We build a Change Agents community, who can support each other and share experiences.
The Transformation Manager
ADJUGO's Grow Change approach uses an agile project approach for larger change initiatives. The Change or Transformation Manager fulfills the role of Product Owner of the transformation. The CM/TM gathers the requirements, manages and prioritizes the "backlog" of change steps, monitors progress and value creation, and explains all aspects of the transformation to the teams.
