Description
As a Scrum Master at BNP Paribas Fortis, you will be joining the Agile Production Services (APS) tribe, supporting the Channels squad in deploying and maintaining infrastructure on Websphere and Cloud platforms. Your focus is to ensure agile practices are properly implemented and team dynamics are optimized.
You will facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, assist with planning, and enable the squad to reach sprint goals efficiently. Managing agile processes, removing impediments, and monitoring key metrics like velocity and capacity will be central to your role.
This is a highly collaborative role requiring excellent communication skills and servant leadership to support a multi-disciplinary agile team. A strong grasp of Agile methodology and experience in infrastructure environments are key assets in succeeding in this role.
