Description

As a Senior Scrum Master at BNP Paribas Fortis, you will guide and coach agile teams, ensuring a strong understanding of Scrum methodology and protecting the team from internal and external distractions. Your role is to empower the team, promote self-organization, and help maximize outcomes through well-structured ceremonies and consistent coaching.

You will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, supporting the Product Owner, monitoring team velocity and capacity, and removing blockers that prevent efficient delivery. The mission also involves being an ambassador for Agile methodologies, fostering a productive environment, and coaching team members toward maturity and autonomy.

This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, a servant-leader mindset, and hands-on experience with agile reporting tools, automated testing frameworks, and continuous integration. The work setup allows 50% telework and 50% on-site presence in Brussels. English and at least one local language (Dutch or French) are required.
