BNP Paribas Fortis is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support agile squads in delivering business and IT outcomes. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, promote agile values, and help teams self-organize while shielding them from distractions and managing delivery dependencies.
Your role involves supporting the Product Owner, monitoring progress metrics like velocity, coaching the team in agile practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You’ll act as a servant leader, building collaboration and trust within cross-functional teams.
