Change Agent EBS - De Lijn
Description
De Lijn is introducing electric buses throughout its network to green its fleet. Its Electric Bus Systems programme implements the mission, vision and objectives for phased zero-emission transport in Flanders. The programme combines fleet renewal with operational change at depots and maintenance centres. The Expert Change Agent joins the programme core team and reports to its Change department.
You coordinate and monitor implementation of EBS processes and procedures at assigned sites. You also guide rollout of Depot and Charge Management software. You act as the central depot contact, maintain planning oversight and report progress and risks. You support users from preparation and training through go-live, hypercare and business handover.
You analyse implementation issues, coordinate solutions and assess their operational stability. You motivate employees, handle resistance and contribute to the change action plan. Collaboration includes local Operations and Engineering teams, the EBS programme team, the Organisation & Change specialist and occasional external suppliers. The assignment is full-time, mainly in Mechelen with depot travel throughout Flanders, and allows homeworking.
