Description

The Immigration Office is transforming its digital working environment through the eMigration programme. The programme aims to modernise business applications and strengthen collaboration between teams. It is building the foundations for a more integrated, agile and future oriented IT environment. This Access & Stay delivery role sits within the General Directorate of the Immigration Office.

The Domain Delivery Lead brings several agile squads together around a shared vision and business priorities. The role combines project leadership with servant leadership, developing team autonomy, expertise and delivery capability. Responsibilities cover planning, dependencies, domain rituals, obstacles, coaching, changes, reporting, escalation, suppliers and budgets. Collaboration spans multidisciplinary teams, business stakeholders and IT.

The assignment offers room to propose new approaches, challenge existing practices and shape future processes and solutions. Applicants need at least ten years in a similar function, five years of Agile, and ten years each in complex stakeholder digitalisation projects and project team leadership. Dutch or French is required at native level; the narrative requests good English although the portal calls it nice to have. The full time hybrid assignment in Brussels lists 7 December 2026 to 7 March 2027, while the description asks for a start as soon as possible after selection.
