Description

Smart Coop is modernising the everyday tools used by its members as part of its 2030 strategy. The goal is a seamless, high-quality and secure experience across human and digital channels. Modernisation proceeds business domain by business domain to improve service, operational efficiency and information-system sustainability. The approved project is completing its scoping and will run for several years.

You coordinate business stakeholders, analysts, developers, tech leads and the architect to maintain shared understanding, coherent priorities and controlled execution. You own progress, coordination and implementation quality while respecting the responsibilities of business and technical experts. The architect and senior technical staff are already defining the target architecture and technologies; you facilitate that process and orchestrate delivery and adoption. Reporting is through the senior project managers unit within Strategy and Development, outside IT, in close collaboration with the IT director as project lead.

The assignment covers phased production releases, governance, business workshops and change support across a largely Microsoft-based application landscape. Early deliverables include the implementation schedule, resource estimates, meeting cadence and materials, and scoping the first selected business domain. The full-time hybrid role requires three to four days per week in Saint-Gilles, including Tuesday and Thursday, with additional presence during the first two months. The platform specifies 14 months ending on 31 December 2027, whereas the narrative states 18 months with a possible extension.
