Iyaloo has joined ADJUGO in June 2026, supporting our recruitment activities from Windhoek, Namibia. With a background in business administration, Iyaloo enjoys the close if remote collaboration, supported by all modern IT tools and AI.
Our story
Recruitment has been part of ADJUGO since we started in 2006, though it was never our core business.
Then AI opened up possibilities I had long dreamed of. I saw an opportunity to use ADJUGO’s experience and flexibility to build a lean recruitment partner focused on freelance consultants.
We help consultants find relevant missions and present their experience clearly. Automation keeps our model lean and gives us more time for personal support.
