Description
As an Agile Delivery Coach for bpost professionals, you will be embedded within the Lockers & Parcels unit. You will support one or more agile Tribes by helping teams adopt agile practices, facilitating key rituals, and fostering a mindset shift toward product-led thinking. Your contribution will be critical to aligning business goals with market opportunities through customer-centric roadmaps.
You’ll act as a sparring partner, challenging teams on product strategy, prioritization, experimentation, and go-to-market readiness. At times, you may step in with hands-on support to fill temporary gaps in product ownership or delivery execution—without taking over full responsibility. You’ll also ensure alignment between product goals and technical implementations, fostering collaboration across engineering and business teams.
This is a dynamic opportunity to work in fast-paced, evolving environments with strong operational components. You’ll promote best practices in software development, including continuous integration, testing, and release management.
