Description

CAPAC is looking for an Agile Automation Program Manager responsible for structuring, leading and coordinating the digitization and automation of its back-end services. The role also ensures compliance with architectural and security standards. The consultant orchestrates a multidisciplinary team and works closely with the Strategy team, PMO and involved departments. The mission sits at the heart of CAPAC's core business related to unemployment benefit payments.

The Automation release train covers initiatives end to end, including design, analysis, development, production deployment and maintenance. Its purpose is to improve the efficiency, interoperability, security, modularity and automation of programs supporting CAPAC's core business. Several projects are already underway and must be ordered and prioritized according to the ambitions of the management contract and administration plan. The Program Manager helps establish dependencies and relative priorities together with the Automation train manager, enterprise architect, DPO and CISO.

Within a relatively small public organization, the consultant must act as a structuring force and accelerator.
