Description
Tribe Payments coordinates and delivers the instant payments product for BNP Paribas Fortis. Several initiatives are underway, with strategic topics requiring deep analysis across different tribes and métiers. The assignment covers the journey from business requirements through the IT solution design phase. It also includes ad-hoc support until go-live.
The Business Analyst works closely with the product owner and IT squads. The consultant owns and follows up opus and feature delivery, keeping work aligned with the roadmap and business objectives. The role is also a point of contact for inquiries and stakeholder feedback. Assumptions are challenged to help achieve optimal outcomes.
A major part of the assignment is translating business needs into clear requirements for IT and Operations teams. The consultant organizes and leads meetings and workshops with business and technical stakeholders, including Cash Management, business lines, product architects, IT and Operations. The role serves as a liaison to the business community. The environment combines payments expertise, cross-functional collaboration and end-to-end delivery.
