Description
BNP Paribas Fortis is seeking an Expert Business Analyst for its cards domain in Brussels. The assignment focuses on analysing issues and identifying improvements to cards products and services. The consultant will assess change requests and work with squad colleagues to identify and evaluate solution options. The mission runs from 1 October 2026 through 30 September 2027.
The consultant will translate business needs into clear business requirements and acceptance criteria. The role also defines business scope, target operating models and interfaces across business and IT. Close interaction with stakeholders is central to the assignment, including communication with senior management. The consultant will follow implementation of changes through Business Acceptance Testing.
The role requires at least six years of relevant experience and strong business expertise in cards and related services. Knowledge of the Belgian cards industry, cards-environment Business Analyst experience and the ability to connect complex business topics with IT are mandatory. Cards technology and architecture, project management or Product Owner experience, agile methodology and knowledge of payment methods such as Wero and Apple Pay are preferred. The work arrangement is hybrid, with an expectation of 50% on site and 50% homeworking.
