Business Analyst Financial Security (Junior) - AlphaCredit
Description
Alpha Credit is transforming its Financial Security operating model in response to evolving KYC, KYI and AML requirements, updated procedures and organisational changes. The Belgian team needs simpler, more consistent and scalable processes while preserving strong controls and quality. Some activities will move to a centralised Delivery Center, making operational readiness and knowledge transfer essential. The organisation is also preparing for different operational capacity in 2027.
The Junior Business Analyst will investigate operational pain points and their root causes, then propose and implement practical solutions. The assignment includes mapping AS-IS workflows, defining TO-BE processes and improving documentation, standardisation and automation opportunities. Work covers KYC, KYI, AML and Transaction Monitoring, with attention to controls and regulatory requirements. Success requires following improvements through implementation rather than stopping at analysis.
The consultant will collaborate with Financial Security Management, Change & Transformation colleagues, operational teams and subject matter experts. Responsibilities include Delivery Center transitions, training, stakeholder coordination, change adoption and PMO tracking. Management reporting, KPI analysis, dashboards and decision-support materials are also part of the role. The Brussels assignment expects a 50% on-site and 50% homeworking split.
