Description
This Senior Business Analyst mission sits in the Risk & Credits tribe of BNP Paribas Fortis' Transformation Office. The tribe helps the bank provide digital, transparent, simple, timely, sustainable and compliant lending solutions. Its scope covers the entire credit lifecycle, from the initial request and contract finalization through later credit adjustments and full repayment. The assignment specifically supports the In Life cluster, whose squads manage lending products, services, applications and core credit-related data.
The consultant will understand, translate and communicate business needs while identifying opportunities for improvement. The role includes requirements gathering and analysis, impact and scenario studies, functional requirements translation and acceptance-criteria definition. Close collaboration is expected with Product Owners, Process Engineers, Functional Analysts, developers, architects, Data Managers and control stakeholders such as Legal, Compliance and Risk. The Business Analyst also challenges requirements by linking needs, impacts and related costs.
The mission combines business analysis with a strong Agile and technology-facing dimension. The consultant needs affinity with Java-based applications, APIs, process-layer configuration and functional integration flows. The role is a key contributor to feature slicing and refinement, identifying impacts, dependencies and risks before delivery. It also supports feature testing, functional testing, UAT organization, Business Acceptance Testing, release validation and incident closure or resolution.

- Experience in Risk & Credits, including end-to-end knowledge of credit products.
- Knowledge and experience with Agile methodology.
