Description
BNP Paribas Cardif is seeking an expert Change Manager for its Brussels office. The assignment focuses on changes to IT production systems from initial submission through closure. Its primary goal is to enable controlled implementation while limiting business disruption. The consultant protects information systems by identifying and managing unacceptable change risks.
The consultant qualifies and monitors change requests, validates testing and rollback readiness, and ensures compliance with notice periods and group rules. They organize or participate in Change Advisory Board reviews and identify conflicts between proposed changes. They recommend suitable production deployment dates and coordinate communication with stakeholders and management. Post-implementation reviews, accurate records, and change statistics are also part of the remit.
The role requires at least eight years of relevant organizational development experience and a master's degree or equivalent experience. Expertise in ITIL, COBIT, ServiceNow, resilience procedures, production operations, security, and process performance is required. Strong communication, analytical, teamwork, organizational, and engagement skills are expected. The assignment runs from 26 October 2026 to 26 January 2027, with equal on-site and homeworking time.
