Description

As part of the Knowledge & Competence team at Elia Infrastructure, you will help shape and execute transformation strategies that are critical to Elia’s success in achieving its energy transition goals. You will work closely with project teams and stakeholders to support change implementation across people, processes, and systems. These transformations cover topics like digitalization, agile working, and the evolution of engineering practices.

Your role will involve designing change strategies, implementing them collaboratively, and ensuring transparency through well-crafted communication. You will co-lead a team of change agents and trainers, activate storytelling methods to engage internal teams, and analyze resistance to help transformation efforts succeed. Working with the Knowledge & Competence Manager and sometimes the HR Business Partner, you’ll help align training and change communication plans with business objectives.

This opportunity provides a high-impact, hands-on role in a fast-evolving environment. You’ll join a dynamic team of change professionals, contributing to long-term transformation projects with the possibility of extension. The assignment takes place on-site at Monnoyer, Brussels, with multilingual communication and training delivery requirements (Dutch, French, and English).
