Join the Tribe Transversal Capabilities & Functions as a Cluster Scrum Master and play a central role in enabling delivery excellence across one of the bank’s strategic clusters. You will facilitate collaboration between stakeholders inside and outside the tribe, ensuring alignment, coordination, and continuous improvement. The cluster delivers critical internal solutions ranging from HR platforms and portals to risk and security systems. Your mission is to strengthen agile maturity and ensure sustainable value delivery.
As a servant leader, you will reinforce Scrum and scaled agile practices while supporting teams in achieving their objectives. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies at cluster level, assist in backlog management, and maintain key delivery roadmaps. The role requires proactive communication with architects, tech experts, test engineers, and release engineers to ensure completeness and feasibility within business timelines. Risk and impediment management are core elements of your responsibilities.
You will act as an ambassador of Agile methodologies, promoting best practices and ensuring proper deployment of Scrum across initiatives. By fostering a culture of feedback, trust, and continuous improvement, you enable teams to self-organize and perform effectively. Your expertise in agile reporting tools, automated testing environments, and software development methodologies will support informed decision-making. Strong communication skills and fluency in English are essential to succeed in this transversal environment.
