Description

The Federal Police is developing an organization-wide capability around Data Excellence. The objective is to manage data in a structured, transparent and sustainable manner. This will enable data to be used to its full potential for operational support, policy, reporting, innovation and artificial intelligence. The assignment directly contributes to this continued professionalization.

As a Data Governance Consultant, you support the development, implementation and operationalization of the Data Governance and Data Excellence framework. You help establish clear structures, roles, processes and agreements. The broader initiative includes defining data domains and introducing roles such as Data Owner and Data Steward. Metadata, data management and business glossary activities are also part of the context.

In addition to governance, the consultant supports data and AI literacy initiatives and the development of data training. You work in a multidisciplinary team consisting of internal and external staff. The assignment is full-time and hybrid, with at least two office days per week. The planned assignment runs until the end of 2026.
