Description
The IT Delivery Analyst joins ORES's IT Factory Client, which is responsible for application solutions supporting business activities. The consultant works in partnership with the Product Owner, business stakeholders and IT teams. The role focuses on turning business needs into clear functional requirements and concrete solutions. The consultant helps ensure the quality, consistency and proper execution of deliverables.
The assignment combines functional analysis, delivery coordination and second/third-line application support. The consultant gathers and challenges needs, facilitates workshops, writes User Stories and supports backlog management. The role also analyses incidents and problems, coordinates their resolution and follows ITSM processes. The consultant provides visibility on request progress, risks and dependencies.
The role also covers functional and user testing, anomaly qualification and preparation of production releases. The consultant participates in Agile ceremonies and may facilitate them, while contributing to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. The assignment can be performed full-time or part-time, with at least two on-site days per week. The position requires a Medior profile with at least three years of IT experience.
