Description
This assignment combines end-to-end IT project leadership with responsibility for a Collaboration Systems team. The consultant leads implementation projects from presales and concept definition through solution construction, change management and production deployment. Planning, deadlines, budget, quality and stakeholder communication are managed throughout delivery. Regular structured reporting to the customer and management is expected.
As team leader, the consultant is the hierarchical manager of a mixed team of internal employees and consultants. The role includes coordinating and motivating team members, conducting performance and evaluation discussions, and supporting their professional development. Capacity planning and appropriate resource allocation are core responsibilities. The consultant also contributes to recruiting suitable profiles and ensuring effective team operations.
The role also carries responsibility for the competence center and its future capabilities. The consultant proactively develops team competencies in line with future customer needs and promotes knowledge sharing and reuse across projects. The profile is primarily that of an experienced project manager and team leader who can build knowledge of the Microsoft 365 platform. Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams and Power Platform is advantageous rather than an exclusion criterion.
