Description

CAPAC is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support its transformation initiatives, especially those linked to its core business of unemployment benefit payments and digitalization. The consultant analyzes, structures, and formalizes business needs. The role ensures consistency between business expectations, IT constraints, and strategic objectives. The consultant works within the ARC department in close collaboration with business teams, IT, PMO, and Strategy.

The mission covers the full analysis cycle, from understanding business needs and analyzing existing processes to formalizing requirements and supporting implementation. The Senior Business Analyst identifies opportunities for efficiency, quality, and automation gains. The role also contributes to prioritization, validation, testing, and production deployment. The consultant facilitates workshops and contributes to relevant governance bodies.

The mission also has a strong structuring and people-development dimension: the consultant defines business analysis standards and best practices and contributes to the quality, consistency, and traceability of analyses. The consultant supports business experts moving toward a business analyst role through training, mentoring, feedback, and progressive knowledge transfer. The objective is to build an autonomous internal business analyst team while increasing the organization's overall maturity. The context requires pragmatism, autonomy, and the ability to move quickly from analysis to action.
