Senior Process Engineer – BNP Paribas Fortis (Brussels)
Description
As a Senior Process Engineer at BNP Paribas Fortis, you will join the Advice Cluster within the Contracting squad of the Invest & Financial Insurances Tribe. You will analyse and improve end-to-end contracting processes for investment portfolio products. The scope includes contracting flows, legal aspects, pledging, donations, contract activation and contract addenda. You will contribute to a major transformation programme focused on digitalisation, accessibility and regulatory delivery.
You will define and implement new business processes, adjust existing processes and continuously improve customer satisfaction, efficiency and risk management. You will monitor process performance through indicators, complaints and operational feedback. You will also maintain clear documentation and ensure that processes comply with legal, compliance, permanent-control and internal-guidance requirements.
Working in an Agile multidisciplinary squad, you will collaborate closely with business and IT partners during ideation, delivery, testing and change implementation. You will support sprint commitments, estimate the scope and complexity of activities and organise your work independently. The role requires strong analytical, facilitation and stakeholder-management skills, together with fluent French and Dutch and good English.
