Senior Project Manager – Montea NV (Head office)

Description

Montea is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of financial systems and associated business processes. You will manage end-to-end implementation initiatives, ensuring that scope, timelines and budgets are respected throughout the entire project lifecycle. Working closely with the IT Manager, you will play a key role in delivering successful business transformation initiatives.

The position combines project management, business analysis and change management responsibilities. You will coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners while ensuring smooth collaboration across multiple countries and languages. Your expertise will contribute directly to the successful deployment and adoption of new financial solutions.

This assignment takes place in an international and multilingual environment covering Belgium, the Netherlands, France and Germany. Candidates should feel comfortable working in Microsoft-oriented ecosystems and have extensive experience with ERP and financial systems. Affinity with AI and modern digital solutions is considered an important asset.
