Solution Architect / Presales Lead – Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations - INETUM
Description
Inetum is looking for a senior Solution Architect and Presales Lead with deep Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations expertise and strong commercial instincts. The consultant will shape holistic, scalable solutions for complex business requirements across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and other modules. The role spans the sales process from opportunity identification through proposal and contract award. After award, the consultant remains the solution authority to safeguard architectural integrity during implementation.
The assignment has a strong presales and client-facing dimension. The consultant will lead RFP and RFI responses, run discovery workshops and demos, and present solution designs, implementation roadmaps and ROI analyses to client executives. Collaboration with sales teams covers pricing, effort estimates and engagement models, while relationships with Microsoft account teams support joint opportunities. The consultant will also advise CIO- and CFO-level stakeholders on ERP strategy and digital transformation roadmaps.
The role also contributes directly to delivery quality and the development of Inetum's D365 practice. Responsibilities include architecture review boards, technology assessments, solution validation, cloud transition, data strategy and integration with Azure, Power Platform and Teams. The consultant will help develop offerings, accelerators and go-to-market assets, while defining architectural standards and patterns. Mentoring senior consultants and representing Inetum at Microsoft events, community forums and client roundtables are also part of the assignment.

General skills
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or Dynamics AX.
- At least 3 years of experience in a solution architect or senior presales role.
- Demonstrated ability to architect end-to-end D365 F&O solutions across multiple functional domains.
- Track record of winning complex ERP deals through high-quality presales and solution design.
- Excellent executive presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft licensing models and commercial structures.
- Fluent English plus fluent Dutch or French.
- Experience in a Microsoft partner environment is preferred.
- Proven experience leading or mentoring a team of consultants and/or developers is preferred.
Technical skills
- Deep Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations expertise.
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns, including Dataverse, Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus and Data Entities.
- Strong knowledge of data migration approaches.
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate or higher is required.
- Knowledge of complementary ISV solutions in the D365 ecosystem is preferred.
- Experience with the Microsoft FastTrack for Dynamics 365 programme is preferred.
- Exposure to industry cloud solutions such as Microsoft Cloud for Manufacturing or Financial Services is preferred.
- Azure or Power Platform certifications are a strong plus.
