Description

The Senior Digital Business Analyst will reinforce BNP Paribas Fortis' Credex Cluster within the Transformation Office. The cluster handles customer- and employee-facing journeys related to professional loans, from credit acquisition to transactional and reporting needs. The mission focuses on developing and continuously optimizing digital channels for Corporate Banking customers and users. The analyst combines business analysis, product discovery and data-driven decision making to connect customer needs with strategic business objectives.

The role covers requirements gathering, discovery, stakeholder engagement and solution assessment across digital initiatives. The analyst identifies customer and business needs, validates opportunities and translates insights into valuable and feasible solutions. Product discovery studies can include customer journey mapping, opportunity assessment, concept validation, MVP definition, mock-ups and business-case preparation. In project mode, business requirements are translated into detailed specifications for IT using a user-centric, collaborative and agile approach.

The analyst supports delivery through testing clarification, change-management presentations and incident closure with Functional Analysts and developers. Close collaboration is expected with the Channel Manager, Marketing/Product Management and the Process team to align solutions with Banking Channels strategy and objectives. The environment involves many touchpoints and alignments, requiring ownership, proactivity, communication and a strong data-driven mindset. The assignment is based in Brussels with a 50% on-site and 50% homeworking expectation and limited travel.
