Description
The Enterprise ICT Architect supports SFPD in designing a future-oriented organizational model. The existing organizational analysis is completed, updated, and validated with attention to organizational, governance, information, and ICT dependencies. The consultant maps overlapping assignments, authorities, responsibilities, and bottlenecks. Scenarios for the future organizational model are then developed and compared.
The consultant facilitates strategic workshops with the Executive Committee and the relevant directorates to achieve supported decision-making. The target operating model, organizational structure, and organization chart are developed with clear responsibilities, authorities, decision rights, and governance principles. The target organization is aligned with enterprise architecture, architecture principles, ICT governance, and the digital transformation roadmap. The impact on business capabilities, processes, information flows, applications, and ICT initiatives is explicitly assessed.
During the implementation phase, the consultant translates the selected target structure into a program with workstreams, dependencies, architectural constraints, risks, and decision points. Required organizational and ICT projects are described using the applicable SFPD templates. An integrated implementation roadmap and a program plan for change management, communication, risk management, and planning are created and maintained. The consultant also advises on stakeholder engagement, the change approach, and embedding the new governance and architecture.

General skills
- At least 10 years of demonstrable professional experience as an enterprise architect, business architect, ICT transformation architect, or in an equivalent architecture role.
- Demonstrable experience with at least three organization-wide transformation or restructuring programs in organizations with at least 1,000 employees.
- At least one of those programs must have been in an organization of approximately 2,000 employees or more.
- Extensive experience guiding executive management teams on strategic organizational and ICT issues.
