Description

BNP Paribas Fortis is looking for an experienced Agile Coach and Process Expert to join its Agile Process Coaching team. This role is focused on helping teams improve the way they work, strengthen IT excellence and ensure that processes remain efficient, compliant and aligned with organizational objectives. You will contribute directly to the continuous evolution of Agile practices within the bank.

As a trusted advisor and coach, you will support process teams, guide stakeholders and help define and maintain IT processes across multiple domains including delivery management, sourcing, organization, risk and security management. You will work closely with key partners to simplify and optimize ways of working while ensuring alignment with Group standards and regulatory requirements.

This position offers the opportunity to influence process maturity and Agile governance across a large organization. Working in a multidisciplinary environment, you will combine analytical thinking, coaching capabilities and leadership skills to help teams deliver greater value while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
