Expert Scrum Master - BNP Paribas Fortis (Brussels)

Description

BNP Paribas Fortis is seeking an Expert Scrum Master to support Agile delivery within a complex IT organization. Acting as both Scrum Master and delivery owner across multiple squads, you will ensure Agile principles are effectively applied while helping teams maximize their performance and delivery outcomes. You will play a key role in facilitating collaboration, transparency and continuous improvement.

The assignment focuses on coordinating delivery activities, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and ensuring that Agile methodologies are consistently applied across teams. You will support Product Owners, monitor delivery progress and help teams overcome obstacles while maintaining alignment with organizational objectives. Managing dependencies in a large-scale environment will be an important part of the role.

You will work closely with multicultural teams and stakeholders, promoting Agile values and knowledge sharing throughout the organization.
