Description
As an IT Operational Project Manager Service Senior, you will contribute directly to Elia Group’s IT landscape
by driving the successful delivery, integration and evolution of key software solutions supporting corporate
departments. You ensure that new and existing applications align with business needs while maintaining technical
coherence and compliance with internal IT standards.
In this mission, you will analyze requirements, perform fit-gap assessments, translate user needs into functional
and technical specifications, and guide solution development or configuration activities. You collaborate with
architects, developers and stakeholders across the organization, ensuring readiness, quality and seamless integration.
You will also support RFP processes, evaluate vendor solutions, and contribute to the technical roadmap of
software products. With occasional international collaboration and a high degree of autonomy, this role offers
the opportunity to shape solutions that support the energy transition and strengthen Elia’s operational excellence.
