Description

Brand Management & Creative Studio is Fluvius’s internal advertising agency within the Communications department. Around ten employees develop creative concepts and assets with internal Corporate Communications and Marketing customers and external partners. Their work covers copywriting, graphic design, photography, video, newsletters and social media, online and offline. The team is launching a planning and traffic pilot to improve its operating model.

The temporary coordinator analyzes current planning and traffic activities and interactions with internal customers. Working with the studio head, the coordinator designs a sustainable structure covering processes, tools and roles. The coordinator introduces, tests and refines this structure while serving as the main operational contact. The aim is to deliver projects on brief, on time and on budget while enabling creative staff to focus on creation.

The assignment runs from 7 December 2026 to 20 May 2027 in Melle on a full-time basis. The request indicates 110 days per person and a potential six-month extension. Telework may be agreed with the team lead, with flexibility for other sites and additional on-site attendance. The pilot will help establish a definitive approach and organization in 2027; formal line management and creative management or execution are excluded.
