PMO Officer – NN Insurance Belgium (Sint-Gillis)

Description

NN Insurance Belgium is launching a major IT transformation programme aimed at simplifying its application landscape and modernizing its back-office environment. Multiple legacy platforms will be replaced by a single integrated solution that supports future business growth and operational efficiency. As PMO Officer, you will play a central role in coordinating information flows, governance processes and programme reporting.

You will work closely with the Program Manager, IT Delivery Manager, Product Owners, QA Manager and Change Manager. The programme involves more than 150 professionals across 15 teams, creating a highly dynamic and collaborative environment. Your structured approach and strong organizational capabilities will help ensure alignment, transparency and effective decision-making.

Beyond administrative support, you will actively drive programme governance and stakeholder engagement. You will coordinate steering committees, maintain dashboards, prepare management reporting and monitor programme progress. This position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to one of the organization's strategic transformation initiatives.
