Description
Join BNP Paribas Fortis as an expert Process expert/coach within its Agile Process Coaching team. The mission supports efficient and effective ways of working in a dynamic IT landscape. It helps teams deliver more value while aligning with the Group process framework and regulatory expectations. The assignment is based in Brussels.
Coach and mentor the Process Team in daily activities, improvements and team evolution. Define and maintain IT processes for delivery management, organization, sourcing, risk and security management. Identify compliance gaps arising from Group rules, National Bank of Belgium expectations and EU regulations. Collaborate with partners to simplify and optimize processes.
Support process maturity assessments, process documentation and the evolution of the agile referential. Contribute to knowledge management tools and effective cross-functional collaboration. The role calls for at least ten years of relevant experience, strong analytical ability and fluent English. Work is split equally between the Brussels office and homeworking, with no travel required.
