Description

BNP Paribas Fortis is launching a high-impact credit transformation initiative and is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead this effort. This role requires strategic oversight, operational execution, and cross-departmental coordination in a complex banking environment. The initiative is part of the broader Risk & Credits Tribe transformation roadmap.

The successful candidate will develop and execute detailed program plans, ensure cross-functional alignment, and maintain full compliance with regulatory frameworks. This involves guiding business and IT teams, working with executive sponsors, managing vendors and budgets, and securing broad stakeholder buy-in. Leadership in both strategy and delivery is critical.

In addition to solid credit domain expertise, this role demands strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. A deep understanding of credit risk, operations, and policy, along with change management and agile methodologies, will be essential. The position is hybrid, with a 50% on-site expectation at the Montagne du Parc office in Brussels.
