Description

BNP Paribas Fortis is looking for an experienced Project Management Officer (PMO) to support a complex project portfolio through expert business analysis, requirement management, and stakeholder coordination. The PMO will work in tandem with product owners, architects, and project managers to gather and document business needs, drive conceptual modeling, and support the end-to-end delivery of high-quality solutions.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in identifying product requirements and translating them into actionable use cases and testing criteria. They will participate in quality reviews and act as a key liaison between the business and technical teams. A strong grasp of business workflow processes, as well as IT and testing environments, is essential.

This hybrid role requires a structured and independent professional with strong analytical thinking, an eye for detail, and excellent communication skills in Dutch, French, and English. You will actively manage requirements traceability and support the overall analysis strategy throughout the project lifecycle while fostering knowledge reuse and ensuring alignment across programs.
