Description

BNP Paribas Fortis is looking for an expert Project Manager Business to join the newly established Marketing & Communications department. The mission focuses on ensuring that strategic projects are delivered on time, within budget and according to agreed scope and objectives. In addition to managing projects, the consultant will help define and strengthen the project governance approach within the department. This is a highly visible role with strong interaction across business stakeholders and project teams.

You will be accountable for the full project lifecycle, from defining objectives and estimating effort and costs to planning, staffing and sourcing. During execution, you will oversee deliverables, monitor risks, ensure compliance with internal standards and maintain project documentation. You will publish progress reports, prepare steering committees and coordinate communication between the business and all stakeholders. The role also includes organizing the handover of deliverables to operational teams at the end of each project.

The assignment requires a seasoned project manager with at least ten years of relevant experience in project management methodologies, tools and Agile environments. Experience in rapidly evolving organizations and complex stakeholder settings is essential. Knowledge of Marketing & Communications projects, Adobe Campaign and the financial sector is considered a strong advantage. The work arrangement is hybrid, with 50% on site in Brussels and 50% homeworking.
