Description

The Senior PSO/PMO supports the Lead Program Manager and Initiative Owners within BNP Paribas Fortis's strategic Data Transformation Program. The role helps manage the program day to day and provides structure, visibility and control across all transformation streams. It coordinates governance bodies, steering committees, management committees and program review meetings. It also ensures that decisions, actions and execution commitments are followed through.

A major part of the assignment is consolidated planning and executive reporting. The consultant maintains the program roadmap, consolidates planning from three initiatives and monitors progress against key deliverables. KPIs, milestones, budget information, dependencies and risks are brought together in executive dashboards and steering packages. Clear management presentations are prepared for senior stakeholders and Executive Management.

The role also owns important documentation and tooling disciplines across the program. Governance artefacts must remain current, available and under proper version control, while project and portfolio tools such as Excel, Planner and SharePoint are supported. The environment calls for at least five years of relevant experience, strong organization and comfort with senior management. Experience in Data, Reporting or Analytics programs and in banking, insurance or regulated environments is advantageous.
