Description
BNP Paribas Fortis is seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to drive Agile best practices and foster high-performing development teams. As a central figure in the Agile delivery process, you will coach teams, facilitate ceremonies, and act as a buffer from distractions to maintain project focus and momentum.
The role involves coordinating across squads, ensuring the correct application of Scrum methods, and supporting Product Owners with backlog management. You'll track velocity and capacity, remove roadblocks, and provide clear reporting on Agile adoption and team progress. You'll serve as an ambassador of Agile within the bank's ecosystem.
We're looking for someone with significant Scrum experience in large, multicultural organizations, strong knowledge of Agile tools and software development methodologies, and excellent facilitation and coaching skills. Proficiency in English and at least one local language is required.
As a Senior Scrum Master at BNP Paribas Fortis, you will guide agile teams in applying Scrum methodologies to maximize project outcomes.
