Description

ELIA is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support its ambitious digital transformation and energy transition initiatives. You will work within a leading European transmission system operator that plays a vital role in ensuring reliable and sustainable electricity supply. The mission focuses on empowering teams, improving collaboration and delivering customer value through Agile practices.

The selected consultant will support five Agile teams with different maturity levels. You will coach individuals and teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, promote continuous improvement and help teams adapt their way of working. A strong emphasis is placed on evidence-based delivery using metrics such as team health, customer satisfaction and delivery indicators.

You will collaborate closely with the Agile Chapter and contribute to chapter events on a regular basis. The assignment offers a stimulating environment where innovation, diversity and sustainability are central values. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to Belgium's energy transition while further developing Agile expertise.
