Description

BNP Paribas Fortis is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to reinforce its Fraud Cluster within the Customer Servicing and Efficiency tribe. The team delivers solutions that support fraud prevention, fraud detection and customer servicing initiatives across the bank. The successful candidate will play a key role in translating business needs into efficient and future-proof solutions while contributing to the bank-wide fraud strategy.

Working closely with Product Owners, stakeholders and squad members, you will lead ideation and refinement activities for features and opuses. You will facilitate requirement gathering, challenge business assumptions, document functional needs and ensure alignment between business objectives and delivery teams. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential to maintain transparency and ensure successful collaboration.

In addition to business analysis responsibilities, you will support testing activities, change management and solution adoption. You will help identify risks, remove impediments and contribute to delivering high-quality solutions. This assignment offers the opportunity to work on strategic fraud-related initiatives in a highly visible banking environment using Agile delivery practices.
