Description
BNP Paribas Fortis is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the KYC Foundations squad within the Tribe Customers. The role supports implementation of KYC capabilities across entities and brands while complying with regulations and audit recommendations. You will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders in a scaled agile environment.
You will elicit, analyze and document business and solution requirements, design business processes, define product requirements and use cases, and support testing. You will ensure traceability, quality reviews and successful transition of requirements throughout the lifecycle.
The position requires at least four years of Business Analyst experience with mandatory KYC IT project exposure. Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical thinking and technical affinity are essential. Hybrid work is offered with 50% onsite in Brussels.
